Hello!Taking a quick breather from Splendid to let you know that the short film BIG MISTAKE has made it's first film festival of the year. the Provincetown International Film Festival. I'm really pleased about this, as this is my first non-genre film for a long time, and because straight drama is a much wider category with a huge amount of applications, making the selection very rewarding.
We were a lot more discerning with our festival applications for BIG MISTAKE, only applying to the more prestigious festivals, and we entered Provincetown festival because of its reputation as a larger festival with a big track record and a lot of influence in the industry.
Our selection also means that the film will compete in the HBO Audience Choice Awards!
